Rental Equipment Center (REC) started because of an unmet need for small-to-large contractors to rent new, high quality equipment while being served by a team who prides themselves on their customer service and attention to detail.

Jerry has been in the rental business for over 30 years. He has held many operational positions, including Territory Manager, Location Manager, and District Manager for Center Rental and Sales, RSC, and United Rentals in Denver, Colorado and Minnesota.
Jerry also served as a location manager for the startup Contractors Equipment Center in Denver. He eventually became Director of Sales. Jerry has an unparalleled understanding of the importance of customer relationships, employee management, company safety, financial performance, sales initiatives, CRM management, and strong market growth.

Troy’s career in finance and accounting spans more than 20 years. He brings to the table years of M&A activity, banking and private equity experience, and relationships to REC. He holds an accounting degree and a master’s degree in finance from Colorado State University.
Prior to this position, Troy served as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Contractors Equipment Center in Denver, Colorado.

Phillip has been in the rental equipment industry for more than 17 years. He started his career with D&D Lift while attending aeronautical school in Oakland, California. After completing the aeronautical course in 2004, Phillip began his successful career with D&D lift as a field mechanic and shop foreman.
In these roles, he learned advanced knowledge of telehandler and aerial equipment. Phillip was promoted to his current position, Operations Manager, in April 2014. His job is to oversee rental fleet management, parts, service, and sales. Phillip brings innovative thinking and successful management skills to D&D Lift with his deep understanding and experience in the rental equipment industry.
